Items that usually can’t be returned
Unwrapped consumables
LTO tapes, blank media and similar items cannot be returned once opened.
Software and licence products
Boxed software, licence keys, download codes and activation-based products are usually non-returnable once supplied, opened or activated.
Made-to-order products
Products manufactured or customised specifically for your order.
